For a single piece of equipment, which wheel material should I choose — PU, rubber, or nylon? It depends on the application.
PU (Polyurethane) Wheels Choose PU wheels for heavy loads with smooth, quiet rolling and excellent resistance to wear, oil, and chemical corrosion. They are the go-to option for clean workshops, warehouses, and automated handling lines where floor protection and durability matter most.
Rubber Wheels Choose rubber wheels for high-elasticity shock absorption on uneven floors or long transport distances. Their soft tread grips the ground well, reduces vibration, and protects sensitive loads, but they are generally better suited to lighter and medium-duty conditions.
